Esmeralda is the founder and lead instructor at DoPapers.com. Originally from Colombia, she migrated to the United States and earned a degree in Political Science from Florida State University. She has decades of experience preparing immigration documents and teaching in correctional centers, public schools, and government programs. Her passion for serving immigrant communities led her to turn this work into a sustainable business and comprehensive training program. Through DoPapers.com, she shares her knowledge so others can create meaningful careers helping families navigate US immigration paperwork.

Richard is the CEO of Forms Preparation Services LLC. The son of immigrants and born in the United States, he grew up helping people in his community with translations and guidance on everyday paperwork. He later built a career in sales and entrepreneurship and completed a degree in Business Administration at Florida Atlantic University. Richard leads the company with a focus on "helping others help" – empowering students to start businesses, increase their income, and serve their communities with integrity through immigration form preparation services.

Ernesto is a Christian pastor and Colombian attorney educated at Universidad de La Sabana. He has worked in the Colombian House of Representatives as a human resources attorney and later transitioned into immigration document preparation in the US context. He combines legal knowledge, pastoral care, and practical experience to guide students through the training and support them as they start working with clients. He is part of the customer service team that answers questions and helps new students feel confident.

Ludmila, originally from Moldova, immigrated to the United States and built a career in accounting and tax preparation. She runs her own firm, Profit Ledger Accounting, in Miami and oversees the financial, tax, and administrative structure of Forms Preparation Services LLC. Her work ensures the company operates with transparency, compliance, and long-term stability, so students can trust the integrity behind the training they receive.

Ivan is responsible for the audiovisual production of the DoPapers.com courses. Born in Colombia and raised in the United States, he brings creative and technical skills to make lessons clear, engaging, and easy to follow. He focuses on building video content that not only teaches immigration form preparation but also inspires students to stay motivated and complete the program, supported by his commitment to family and community.
